Effective Communication

My mother is the best communicator there is. She talks with a a certain kind of class. I say it is not high class, but with class. She never yells, sometime she speaks so soft, you cannot hear her. My mom uses her hands and facial expression to get her point across, ever if you do not want to hear it. I like to hear her talk, she gets the respect while she is talking, but she will stop and listen because it takes a great listener to be a great talker.
