My
one hope is that my work is not in vain. I have been using my voice for many
years now. They are innocence little people. We were once a child as well and someone
used his or her voice for us. I believe that it has a lot to do with how we
treat each other with respect and love.
My
goals are to keep doing the best I can in spreading the word on how we as a
society should address the issues that may come our way when we are dealing
with diversity, equity, and social justice for children. We must remember to
keep our biases and thoughts to ourselves. Leave it at the door, my director
would always say. We come here to this place to do a high quality exceptional
job where it is not about you but it is all about the child.
